About the Author The author is a mother of three children, aged 11, 9 & 4. She loves to share her experiences in prenatal training and parenting with readers. She is a practising social worker and counsellor. She enjoys working with children and their families. She was graduated with a Degree of Social Work from Hong Kong Baptist University in 1990. In 1995, she completed Certificate course of Train-the-trainer workshop organized by Academy of Success in Singapore. A keen learner, she believes in continuous learning and improvement. She has a Master Degree in Social Sciences (Counselling) from the University of South Australia in 2002. She has been a Certified Humanistic NLP Practitioner, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Time-Based Technique Practitioner by Competence Strategies International since 2004. She completed the Graduate Certificate Course of Expressive Therapies for Emotional Growth in Adolescence and Children using Emotional Release Counselling and Sandplay conducted by Expressive Therapies Institute of Australia in 2005. She is a trained facilitator of Parenting with Confidence Workshops organized by Focus on The Family Singapore Ltd.
